By way of this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner has made the following prayers:- (a) To direct respondent No.2 to comply with the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 17th November, 2014 arrived at between the petitioner and respondent No.2;
(b) To direct the respondent No.2 to come forward and proceed with further proceedings of the divorce by giving statement before the concerned Court for second motion of the divorce proceedings. W.P.(CRL) 2018/2015

Today learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition as divorce has been granted to the petitioner. 3.
