% 29.03.2016 CA 1155/2016 This is an application which seeks correction of typographical errors which have crept in the cause title and paragraph 1 of the judgement dated 24.02.2016.

It is submitted that the transferee company, which is a nonpetitioner company, has been described as a petitioner no.3 company both in the cause title and paragraph 1 of the judgement dated 24.02.2016. As prayed, the judgement dated 24.02.2016 is corrected to the extent that both in the cause title and paragraph 1 of the said judgement, the transferee company will be described as transferee/ non-petitioner company. The other parts of the judgement dated 24.02.2016 shall remain unaltered. The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
