CRL. M.A. 17299/2017 This is an application filed on behalf of petitioner for withdrawal of the present bail application.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present bail application for the changed circumstances as the charge sheet has been filed and the cognizance has been taken by the learned Special Judge. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh bail application.
