By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to find a suitable life partner for himself and maintain social ties. 2.
On a notice being issued initially a status report was filed as per which the mother of the petitioner was not found residing at C-110, Gali No. 13, Sri Enclave Pansali Road and, however, the wife of the younger brother of the petitioner was found residing over there with the family. 3.
When the petitioner was produced before this Court on 4th April, 2018 he stated that house No. -110, Gali No. 13, Sri Enclave Pansali Road was owned by his mother. On further verification a further status report has been filed. As per the status report after the death of the father of the petitioner, the mother of the petitioner has married one Tirath Singh and is thus residing at A-27, Friends Enclave, Sultanpuri, Delhi. Mother of the petitioner is present in Court who states that the ground floor portion House No. C-110, Gali No. 13, Sri Enclave Pansali Road is still in her possession and she goes to reside there. She states that she would stand surety for the petitioner.

As per the nominal roll the petitioner was earlier also granted parole twice by this Court when the petitioner surrendered in time. The petitioner was, however, awarded a jail punishment on 20th January, 2017. Since more than one year has elapsed after the last jail punishment and earlier also petitioner surrendered in time, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of Superintendent, Tihar Jail. 7.
Petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
