% 09.10.2017 Ms.Shivani, daughter of the petitioner has been produced in Court. She submits that she has voluntarily married respondent no.4, who is also present in Court.

We have interacted with the petitioner, his wife, his daughter and respondent no.4 in the Chamber. Respondent no.4 submits that he would have no objection if his wife interacts with her family members. Mother of respondent no.4 is also present in Court. She submits that she has no objection to the marriage between her son/respondent no.4 and Shivani.

Respondent no.4 and his mother submit that they would remain responsible for Shivani.
