A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of Summoning Order dated 07.03.2017 under Section 406/420/506/120B IPC in Complaint No.8654/2016 titled 'Archana Mittal vs. Logix Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd.'

The matter has been compounded between Authorized Representative of Petitioner No.1 Mr. Akshay Tripathi and the Complainant Archana Mittal through Attorney holder Mr. Sanjay Mittal/husband of the Complainant. The parties endorse all the terms of the Settlement. It is stated that they have amicably entered into the Settlement without any pressure, force or coercion and undertake to be bound by the terms of the Settlement. Sh. Sanjay Mittal on behalf of the Complainant states that in terms of the Settlement, the entire Complaint against the Company as well as all other accused who are the Directors, Representatives of the Petitioner No.1 Company may be quashed.

In view of the Settlement which is filed in the Court today, be taken on record, the Complaint Case No. 8654/2016 titled 'Archana Mittal vs. Logix Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd.' along with the subsequent proceedings emanating there from are hereby quashed.

As submitted in the terms of the Settlement, the amount deposited with the Registrar General of this Court by the Petitioners vide FDR No.15530310804193 dated 14.11.2017 may be released to the Petitioner No.1, in accordance with rules.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioners submits that the matter before the Consumer Forum has been fixed for final orders for 25.11.2025. It is submitted that the Application along with the Settlement shall be placed before the Consumer Forum within three days.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of along with the pending Application(s).
