Crl. M.A. No. 2275/2016 (Modification in order dated 25.01.2016) By this application filed under Section 482 of Cr. PC, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 25th January 2016. However, after addressing some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Trial Court to seek remedies as available under law.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
