% 31.10.2017 Petitioner is stated to be in custody for more than one month. One of the injured persons remained hospitalized for three days. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is neighbour of complainant and they are in the same business. It is the complainant who was aggressor and PCR call was made by petitioner's wife. Petitioner is not required for any further investigation. Trial is likely to take time.

Learned APP submits that out of three injured persons, two sustained grievous injuries. Charge sheet is under scrutiny. Keeping in mind the fact that investigation is complete and petitioner is in custody for more than one month, it is ordered that petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J
