% 23.07.2018 Parties have entered into a settlement agreement dated 29.05.2018 before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The terms and conditions of the settlement are stated in paras 1 to 10 and 13 to 15. The terms and conditions of the settlement are legal and valid. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. The suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fees. The suit stands disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
