% 30.10.2017 The son of the petitioners died in United States of America because of some illness.

The present petition has been filed seeking protection against the wife of the pre-deceased son and her relatives, who, according to the petitioners, are trying to dislodge them from the house in which they have been residing since long.

Mr.Sanjay Lao, ASC on verification of facts has stated that there appears to be a matrimonial dispute and the prayer so far as it relates to removing the wife of the pre deceased son of the petitioners from the common premises cannot be accepted/granted.

The petitioners, at this juncture, have limited their prayer of getting protection from the police as against their life and liberty. Mr.Sanjay Lao, learned ASC has assured this Court that all necessary

protection shall be afforded to the petitioners in case of any such emergent need. The petitioners shall be made known the telephone numbers of two of the police officers of the concerned police station and in case of any SOS call on the aforesaid numbers, the same shall be responded with promptitude.
