% 06.02.2019 Mr. Anil Hooda submits that he does not intend to file any rejoinder to the counter affidavits of the respondents. Ms. Puja Sarkar appears for Respondent No.1 and submits that she has filed the additional affidavit, in terms of the order dated 30th November, 2018, yesterday. She has handed over a copy thereof to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Anil Hooda submits that, in case any response thereto is required, he would have it filed at least one week prior to the next date of hearing.
