This is a petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking appointment of a sole arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between the parties under the Agreement for Commissioned Programme ( Self Financed) dated 22nd August, 2015.

As it is not disputed before me that there is an Arbitration Agreement between the parties, I direct that the parties be referred to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) who shall appoint a sole arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between the parties in connection with the above mentioned Agreement. The parties shall appear before the DIAC on 20th December, 2017 at 2 PM. The arbitration and the fee shall be governed by the rules of the DIAC.
