O R D E R

As stated by counsels for the parties, this suit is disposed of in terms of the statement of counsel for defendant nos. 1 and 3 stated by them in para 5 of their letter dated 21.9.2017 to the Advocate of the plaintiff. This para 5 of the letter dated 21.9.2017 reads as under:- "5.

It is reiterated that at no point of time does our Client intent to induce or cause Odgers India to induce a breach of any valid contractual obligations owned by Mr. Medury towards Amrop India." 2.

Accordingly, the suit is disposed of by binding the plaintiff and defendant nos. 1 and 3 to what is stated in the aforesaid para 5 of the letter

dated 21.9.2017.

In view of the statement arrived at between plaintiff and defendant nos. 1 and 3, counsel for the plaintiff does not wish to continue with the suit as against defendant no. 2.

Suit is accordingly disposed of as aforesaid, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.

I.A.No. 11542/2017 (U/s 151 CPC) & I.A.No. 13730/2017(for direction) 5.

These applications are allowed with consent and both parties will maintain confidentiality with respect to the documents of the other side as stated in the present applications.
