BAIL APPLN. 2008/2017 1.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 99/2017 registered under Sections 308/341/34 IPC at PS Gulabi Bagh. Status report is on record.

Undisputedly, the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. The nature of injuries sustained by the victim is stated to be 'simple' in nature.
