It is informed that the petitioner No. 4 Ravinder Kumar @ Rabbu has since expired during the pendency of the case. This fact also finds mention in the status report.

Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.230/2011 under Sections455/354/323/324/506/ 509/34 IPC at PS Dwarka North. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant/victim/respondent Nos. 2 to 7 vide settlement deed dated 21.08.2015.

Complainant/victims/respondent Nos. 2 to 7 are present and have been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from them if they have settled their dispute with the petitioners amicably without any fear or pressure. They have informed that all CRL.M.C. 3711/2015
the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with their free consent and they have no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Copy of settlement agreement dated 21.08.2015 has been placed on record. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation and to maintain their neighbourly relations, FIR No. 230/2011 under Sections455/354/323/324/506/509/34 IPC at PS Dwarka North and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. 5.
The petitioners are directed to deposit `40,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
