% 11.09.2015 The petitioner seeks intervention of the Court against the Transfer Order dated 29.07.2015 posting into Pallippuram in Kerala. It is submitted that petitioner's wife is undergoing medical treatment in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and this requires her to be present in Delhi. Learned counsel for the respondent, appearing on advance notice, states that the petitioner has been in and around Delhi for almost five years, starting from November, 2010. In these circumstances, it would not be possible to accommodate him any further given that he has been in the employment with the CRPF since 2003.
Having considered the averments and the material placed on record, we are of the opinion that intervention on the ground urged by
the petitioner is not warranted. However, at the same time, the CPRF shall reasonably accommodate the petitioner to facilitate the medical treatment of his wife by giving him suitable leave for the journey to and from Delhi, to the extent possible.
The writ petition along with the pending application is disposed of in the above terms.
