By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioners are seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to provide safety and security from the respondent No.3 i.e. the father of the petitioner No.1.

Today learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since marriage of the petitioners has been accepted by the parents of the petitioner No.1 and there is no threat from any quarter, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
