(ORAL) 1.

In this petition, implementation of order of 11th February, 2009 of respondent No.3-Directorate of Education relating to payment of salary etc. in terms of recommendations of Sixth Central Pay Commission is sought. Petitioner is retired Office Superintendent and his case is that he had made numerous Representations seeking implementation of recommendations of Sixth Central Pay Commission but to no avail. Copy of the Representation has been placed on record as Annexure P-23.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioner to make a concise W.P.(C) No.9487/2017

Representation to respondent No.1 within two weeks. If such a Representation is received by second respondent, then it be decided by passing a speaking order within a period of six weeks and the fate of Representation be made known to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be. 3.
