CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

% 26.02.2018 1.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that an Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted and the proceedings are being conducted by the Arbitrator in New Delhi.
2.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing that the ad-interim order issued on 09.10.2017 shall continue till further orders are passed by the Arbitral Tribunal.
3.
None has appeared on behalf of the respondents. 4.
In the circumstances, this Court considers it apposite to direct that respondents are also at liberty to apply to the Arbitral Tribunal for vacation/variation of the interim orders. Needless to mention that if any such application is made, the same would be considered by the Arbitral Tribunal uninfluenced by any order passed by this Court. 5.
The petition is disposed of.
