This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order (dated 17th August, 2017 in CS No.17/2016 of the Court of Additional District Judge-01, Dwarka Courts, Delhi) declining the request of the petitioner to file written statement to the suit. 4.

After hearing, the counsel for the petitioner withdraws the petition with liberty to make arguments during final hearing of the suit which is stated to be listed for the said purpose on 13th October, 2017. 5.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner shall be entitled to make all arguments open to her at the time of final arguments in the suit.

No costs.
