% 05.02.2018 In spite of service of notice and pass-over being granted in the morning today, none appears for the respondents. In view of the above, the interim order dated 10.10.2017 shall remain in operation during the pendency of the Arbitration Proceedings. The petitioner shall initiate the Arbitration Proceedings within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, the interim order shall stand vacated. Liberty is also granted to the respondent to seek modification/variation of the interim order in the arbitration.

The present petition is disposed of in the above terms with no order as to cost.
