O R D E R

% 15.02.2016 Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the settlement has been arrived at between the parties through mediation vide Settlement Agreement dated 8th February 2016, which is duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel as well as the learned Mediator and the same is placed on record. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.

In terms of para 6(e) of the Settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties, counsel for the defendant has handed over a pay order for a sum of Rs.40,000/- to counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff.

In view of the aforesaid, the suit of the plaintiff is disposed of

in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties and the parties shall remain bound by the same.
