We find that the petitioner has made substantial ground which warrants consideration for expunging the observations made in Para 7 of the order dated 08.02.2018.

Accordingly, we allow this prayer. The observations made in Para 7 stand expunged. However, we see no reason to make any further indulgence into the matter.

The application stands allowed.
