This is an application filed by petitioner no.1 seeking compliance of order dated 12.2.2019 passed by this Court, whereby this Court has disposed of the petition with the direction to the trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously and preferably within six months in FIR bearing No. 42/2011 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC r/w Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that till date the trial in this case has not been completed and the case is now fixed for 30.4.2021 for final arguments. It is further submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that he has also submitted the written submissions. 3.

In view of this, trial court shall decide this case within a period of four KANT MENDIRATTA 18:32

weeks w.e.f. 30.4.2021.

The trial court shall also send to this Court the explanation as to why the timeline fixed by this Court was not adhered within two weeks.

The application stands disposed of.
