% 08.02.2018 The learned proposed Arbitrator has filed his disclosure in terms of Section 11(8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In view of the same, I see no impediment in confirming his appointment. Accordingly, I appoint Mr. Gaurav Duggal, Advocate (R/o C-485 (GF), Defence Colony, New Delhi-110024, Mob No. 9811297368) as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Loan Agreement dated 07.05.2008. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to cost. Dasti.
