% 27.07.2016 CA No.2514/2016 & CO.PET. 807/2015 This application has been moved by the petitioner stating that the parties have concluded a settlement in terms of an agreement executed between them on 20.05.2016. Copy of the aforesaid settlement is also annexed to this application.

Issue notice.

Counsel for the respondent accepts notice and states that he does not wish to file any reply to this application. He also approbates the aforesaid settlement dated 20.05.2016 executed between the parties and further states that after the payment of the initial amount, as envisaged therein, he has today handed over the remaining amount of Rs.6,00,265/- by way of a

demand draft bearing No.531982 dated 27.07.2016 drawn on Yes Bank Ltd., and that nothing further remains to be done by his client. Counsel for the petitioner has accepted this draft in full and final settlement of all the claims of the petitioner with regard to the subject matter of the instant petition. He further prays that now he does not wish to pursue the matter any further and that the petition be disposed off accordingly. Consequently and as prayed, the petition and all pending applications stands disposed off. Next date of 21.10.2016 stands cancelled. SUDERSHAN KUMAR MISRA, J.
