The petitioner herein has prayed for issuance of a writ of certiorari, for setting aside an order dated 27.9.2017, passed by the DRAT in I.A.

No.703/2017 filed in Miscellaneous Appeal No.159/2017.

Learned counsel for the respondent/Bank states that at the outset, the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as Miscellaneous Appeal No.159/2017, filed by the respondent was withdrawn on 29.1.2019.

Ms. Maneesha Dhir, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the aforesaid position and states that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Ordered accordingly. W.P.(C) 8834/2017
