In view of the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of Mallikarjun Kodagali versus State of Karnataka, reported as 2018 SCC Online SC 1941, the present leave petition filed by the father of the victim, since deceased is directed to be converted into a regular appeal, to be heard on merits. Trial Court record has been added. 2.
