O R D E R

% 09.11.2017 On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR No. 508/2015 under Sections 354/354-D/509 IPC was registered at police station Hazrat Nizamuddin against the petitioner.

It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their matter before the Mediation Centre, Saket Court on 20th May, 2017, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Anuj Singh of police station Hazrat Nizamuddin. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their

disputes amicably and respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of the FIR, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
