% 14.01.2019 Parties have entered into a settlement dated 03.10.2018 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi. Defendant Nos.2 to 4 have paid a sum of Rs.10 lakhs to the plaintiffs towards full and final settlement of all the claims of the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs have agreed to withdraw the present suit.

The learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that in view of the settlement, he would like to withdraw the present suit. His prayer is accepted. The suit and all pending applications, if any, stand dismissed as withdrawn.
