Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0294/2014 under Sections 406/409 IPC, registered at PS: Ambedkar Nagar, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned SPC for Respondent No.2 submits that the Application under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C., filed on behalf of Respondent No.2, has been allowed vide Order dated 28.04.2025, pursuant to which the investigations are being undertaken by the Police.

In view of these specific events, present Writ Petition has become infructuous, which is accordingly, disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the Petitioner to file afresh, in case, fresh cause of action arises. Pending Application are also disposed of.
