% 06.01.2017 C.M. No.39564/2016 The petitioner before this Court is the estranged husband. His submission is that the proceedings in Guardianship Petition No. 136/2014 titled Dheeraj Vashisht Vs. Indu Vashisht should be taken up in a time bound manner as presently the petitioner is enjoying visitation rights qua his child only twice in a month i.e. second and fourth Sunday between 02:00 to 06:00 PM. His submission is that he is entitled to better right.

On advance notice, the respondent has put in appearance. Her submission is that the Trial Court after due examination of the matter had fixed the visitation rights and the petitioner is not entitled to better visitation rights.

Be that as it may, the prayer in the present application is only that the guardianship petition should be taken up in a time bound manner. Keeping in view the nature of litigation, this Court is of the

view that the Guardianship Petition which is now fixed for 23.01.2017 (on which date the evidence of the parties is in progress), the Court shall endeavour to dispose of this petition expeditiously and preferably within the outer limit of six months from today. With these directions, application disposed of. Order dasti.
