% 26.04.2017 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that when this petition was filed, he was not having the order of 18th November, 2014 passed under Section 7A of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and respondent has supplied copy of this order to petitioner on 1st September, 2015 and so, this petition is not pressed with permission to challenge the order of 18th November, 2014 under the aforesaid provision of law before the Employees' Provident Funds Appellate Tribunal (EPFAT). There is no opposition by respondents to the prayer made by petitioner's counsel.

In view of aforesaid, this petition and the application are disposed of with permission to petitioner to challenge the order of 18th November, 2014 before Employees' Provident Funds Appellate Tribunal (EPFAT) within four weeks from today, in accordance with law. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE APRIL 26, 2017 s
