This Rent Control Revision Petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 impugns the order [dated 30th March, 2017 in E No.5110/2016 (Old No.18/2015) (CNR No.DLSE-03-000608-2015) of the Court of Rent Controller (South-East), Saket Court Complex, New Delhi], of eviction, after full trial, of the petitioners from one shop situated on the ground floor of property No.N-10, Greater Kailash, Part-I Market, New Delhi-48 under Section 14(1)(e) of the Act.

The senior counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, under instructions, states that the petitioners do not press this petition and withdraw the same and will abide by the order of eviction and confines the relief only to grant of two years time to vacate the premises. 5.
On enquiry, it is informed that the petitioners are in exclusive control and possession of the entire premises with respect to which order of eviction has been passed and are in a position to give undertaking in the usual form to this Court.

Issue notice, limited to the aforesaid aspect, to the respondent by all modes including dasti and through the counsel for the respondent before the Trial Court returnable on 23rd November, 2017. RAJIV SAHAI ENDLAW, J.
