% 08.03.2018 At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition submitting to the effect that the charge-sheet has already been submitted in FIR No. 765/15 PS Adarsh Nagar and submits to the effect that the aspect of the institution of the charge-sheet and also of the cross FIR No. 762/15 PS Adarsh Nagar are not reflected in the matter and need to be incorporated and seeks liberty to file the petition afresh with incorporation of the said details.
