O R D E R

% 09.02.2018 The learned counsel for the parties state, upon instructions, that the lis has been amicably settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 30.01.2018. A copy of the same has been handed over and is taken on record. The settlement inter alia envisages payment of Rs. 35 lacs to Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma s/o Late Shankar Lal Sharma (second party to the Agreement). Rs. 5 lacs has already been paid to him, Rs. 12.5 lacs and 17.5 lacs are to be paid to him by way of cash/Demand Draft on or before 09.02.2018 and 30.03.2018 respectively. Simultaneous with payment of the last installment, the second party is to execute a Sale Deed in favour of the appellant of his share in the said premises, so that she becomes an absolute owner of premises No. RZ-423-B, Raj Nagar Part-I, Near Railway Phathak, Palam

Colony, New Delhi-110045.

All other ancillary issues have also been agreed upon.

The parties are present in Court and have been identified by their respective counsel. The parties undertake to abide by the terms of the Agreement. Their undertaking is accepted. They shall additionally file sworn undertakings within a week from today.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the appeal is disposed-off in terms of the Settlement Agreement aforementioned.
