After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. He assures us on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, that she will join the place of posting at Jammu and Kashmir, within one week from today. 2.
In the event the petitioner reports for duty within the aforesaid timeline, the respondents shall reconsider their decision to initiate action against the petitioner, for her failure to report to duty. 3.
