% 22.01.2019 Both the learned counsels say the Review Application was directed to be disposed by the learned Family Judge on 25.01.2019, but since the Patiala House Courts shall be closed on the said date by 01.00PM due to security reasons, it may be difficult for the learned Trial Court to take-up the matter, hence in case the Trial Court gives a date, then without prejudice to the rights and contentions of either side, the learned Trial Court be directed to accommodate the parties on a short date and to endeavour to dispose of the review application on the date, so given. Directed accordingly.

The petition and pending application stands disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
