Learned counsel for the Appellant states that the Appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to seek restoration thereof in case the occasion arises. This is for the reason that despite the passing of the impugned order by the Tribunal, and passage of more than three years, the assessment orders have not been passed by 31.03.2017 in respect of the assessment years 2006-07 and by 31.03.2018 in respect of the assessment years 2007-08.
