O R D E R

% 08.05.2018 Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 03.05.2018. They further submit that they have filed an application praying for the disposal of the present petition in terms of the Settlement Agreement, however, the said application is not listed. They have handed over a copy of the Settlement Agreement in Court. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that due to some oversight, letters dated 04.05.2018 have been issued to DBS Bank with respect to the bank guarantees of the petitioner and that these letters be treated as withdrawn by the respondents.

Binding the parties to the terms of the settlement, the present petition along with pending application is disposed of in the terms of the Settlement Agreement, with no order as to cost.
