% 08.01.2016 The petitioner is seeking parole for the purpose of constructing his house and to provide medical treatment to his ailing mother and to re-establish social ties.

Status report has been filed. It has been verified that the construction work is being carried out at the house by his father. No papers are provided for the medical treatment of the mother. Parents of the petitioner are living in District Taran Punjab. His father is 60 years of age and mother is about 58 years. He has a wife aged 24 years. Nominal roll of the petitioner has been requisitioned. This reflects that he was last granted parole between 09.10.2015 to 31.10.2015. The guidelines do not permit parole if last availed off in the preceding six months.

Dismissed.
