The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "In view of the facts and circumstances stated above, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:

(a) Pass a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari setting aside and consequently quashing the memos dated 13/09/2017 and 26/09/2017 passed by Respondent no.2, wherein despite the Petitioner's representations dated 05/09/2017 and 18/09/2017, the Respondent No.2 has not granted time till after the 34th week check-up and clearance by her Gynae, as she was advised bed rest for pre-term labour pains;

(b) Pass a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus to Respondent No.1 to disclose the constitution of the Respondent No.2 which has not been done till date; (c) Pass a writ, order or direction granting the Petitioner reasonable time to recoup after child-birth (due date 17th Nov. 2017) i.e. at least till the last week of December 2017 to file her response to the Inquiry Report dated 12/04/2017; Any other further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem it fit and proper in the facts of the case."

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 fairly states, time till December 15, 2017 be granted to the petitioner to enable her to reply to the memorandum dated August 24, 2017/Inquiry Report. The said statement is taken on record.

Ms. Indrani Ghosh states, in view of the statement of the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, she would like to withdraw the writ petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is made clear, no further time shall be granted to the petitioner. CM No. 36343/2017 (for direction) Dismissed as infructuous.
