% 30.10.2018 Petitioner is aggrieved by its non-affiliation to the Indian Golf Union, as the State Golf Association for Tamil Nadu. Impugned order of 19th June, 2017 (Annexure P-17) was passed under the old rule. Undisputedly, petitioner has applied for affiliation under the new rules and the said application now stands rejected vide W.P.(C) 8940/2017
communication of 29th October, 2018 and its copy has handed over by senior counsel for respondents to petitioner's counsel, who seeks time to go through it and to file appropriate response. Instead of permitting petitioner to continue with this petition, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and the application with liberty to petitioner to assail the communication of 29th October, 2018 by way of a separate writ petition within two weeks. Till then, the election process to the Indian Golf Union be not held for two weeks. This petition and the application are accordingly disposed of. DASTI.
