O R D E R

% 15.02.2018 Learned counsel for the State (under instructions from the Investigating Officer) submits that the Bihar address of the petitioner since stands verified. The earlier order had noted that the petitioner was seeking parole for the first time. He had been sentenced to undergo RI for a period of 7 years. He had suffered incarceration of about 3 years. His jail conduct is satisfactory. The address of the petitioner has been has been verified.

Petitioner be granted parole for a period of four weeks (to be counted from the date of his release) on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant concerned with condition that the petitioner shall surrender himself to the jail immediately on the

expiry of the aforenoted parole period; he shall also furnish his latest mobile number and residential address to the local SHO; he shall also report to the local SHO on every Monday of each week. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
