Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge has already been framed by the Metropolitan Magistrate. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy against the framing of the charge under Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as per law. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on
the merits of the petition.
