Learned ASC for the State/R-1 submits that in this case chargesheet in respect of the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC has already been filed and subsequently another complaint was made by the petitioner which is being investigated and if required, supplementary chargesheet shall be filed.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the State/R-1, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court if necessity arises. 4.
Leave granted.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
