% 11.10.2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although he had been granted accreditation by the QCI and his file having been forwarded by the QCI to the DGT/respondent no.1 yet no action has been taken by respondent no.1 on the aforenoted file.
Record discloses that the petitioner institute had applied for accreditation to the QCI which had been granted to him in September, 2016. Submission is that the respondent is sitting over his file and no action having been taken.
On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent has put in appearance. He does not dispute the fact that accreditation has been granted to the petitioner institute. His additional submission is that the file of the petitioner shall be considered in the next meeting of the NCVT of the respondent.
With these directions petition disposed of.
