Section 151 CPC submitting inter alia to the effect that the appellant and the respondent have since been divorced and all disputes have been settled and the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal. In view of the submissions made through the application as also submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant the FAO 423/2017 against the impugned order is thus dismissed as prayed.
