% 22.12.2017 Both the petitioners/ contemnors are present in court. They both express remorse over their conduct, which has led to the initiation of the present contempt proceedings against them. To express their remorse, they have deposited Rs.50,000/- each with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Authority in terms of our order dated 26.10.2017. They have also filed their respective affidavits of unconditional apology on record dated 24.10.2017. We have perused the said affidavits. The apology tendered by the petitioners/ contemnors appears to be sincere and genuine. The petitioners, who are present in court, once again express their remorse to this court and seek pardon from this court. Accordingly, we accept the apology tendered

In view of the aforesaid circumstances and the assurance given by the petitioners to mind their conduct in future and not to abuse or exploit the process of the Court, we deem it appropriate to drop these proceedings while cautioning the petitioners to learn from this episode, and not to repeat such like conduct in future.
