% 17.10.2017 Petitioner seeks parole on the grounds of maintaining social ties with the family and also to attend the barsi of his father. Learned Standing Counsel submits that barsi is over. As regards maintaining social ties is concerned, petitioner had been regularly availing furlough. Lastly, he was released on furlough for two weeks in the month of July, 2017.
Petition is dismissed.
